About the presenter
François Botton
Born in the Champagne region, François Botton fell in love with sparkling wines at a young age and went on to study enology in Reims. He has spent many years applying his deep knowledge in Slovenia and across the Balkans, creating outstanding sparkling wines as a consulting oenologist.
